Black Women’s Wellness Reset Retreat

For Black women who are ready to rest, restore, and reclaim their health & energy

A restorative 3-day experience in Serenbe designed to reconnect you with your body, rebalance midlife health, and strengthen your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

May 7-10, 2026, Serenbe, Georgia

Limited to 15 women for depth and intimacy.

Strong. Soft. Rooted. Renewed.

This is a space for Black women in midlife to pause, reset their nervous systems, and have honest conversations about health, hormones, and what comes next.

As a Black woman and wellness professional, I’ve witnessed how often we carry the weight of family, work, and expectation rarely pausing for ourselves.

We are the backbone of so much. Yet our health, stress, and hormonal needs are often overlooked.

This retreat is my response to that.

A space where strength means listening.

Where rest is respected.

Where our wellness is centered, not secondary.

Why I Curated This Retreat

Why This Retreat Matters

Black women are carrying more than ever… stress, caregiving, work demands, aging parents, hormonal shifts, and the unspoken weight of always being “the strong one.”

And it takes a toll.

  • On our bodies.

  • On our hormones.

  • On our sleep.

  • On our mood.

  • On our energy.

  • On our sense of identity

This retreat was created to center our needs, to offer a space where we can rest, learn, move, breathe, reflect, and be supported without pressure or performance.

You deserve a pause.

You deserve community.

You deserve care that understands you.

  • A midlife reset is not about starting over.

    It’s about recalibrating.

In midlife, our bodies shift. Hormones change. Stress accumulates. Roles evolve. What used to work, doesn’t always work the same way anymore.

    A reset means:

    • Listening to your body differently

    • Training smarter, not harder

    • Understanding hormonal shifts instead of fighting them

    • Regulating your nervous system instead of pushing through exhaustion

    • Creating space for clarity instead of constant output

    • Realigning your energy with the next chapter of your life

This retreat blends strength, nervous system support, hormone-aware education, reflection, and community to support that recalibration.

It’s not about becoming someone new.

It’s about returning to yourself stronger, clearer, and more intentional.

Who is This Retreat For

  • Black women 35+

  • Women feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or stressed

  • Women wanting hormone clarity

  • Women struggling with midlife body changes

  • Women wanting community and representation

  • Women seeking strength + balance + restoration

  • Women wanting to feel good in their bodies again

  • You might be wondering….

What if I’m not “in shape”?

This retreat is not about peak performance or keeping up with anyone else. Movement sessions are supportive, hormone-aware, and designed for midlife bodies. You’ll be encouraged to listen, modify, and move at your own pace.

    What if I’m coming alone?

Many women attend solo. In fact, coming alone often allows you to be more present and open. The container is intentionally small so real connection can happen naturally.

What if I’ve never done a retreat before?

You don’t need prior retreat experience. This weekend is thoughtfully structured and grounded, not overwhelming, not performative, and not a conference-style schedule. It’s spacious and guided.

What if I’m navigating perimenopause or menopause?

You are exactly who this was created for. Conversations around midlife health and hormonal shifts are part of the experience, not an afterthought.

What if I just feel tired… and unsure?

Then this may be the right time.

This retreat was created for women who are strong, capable, and carrying a lot, and who are ready to pause long enough to realign.

If you’re feeling the nudge, trust it.
