Effort Meets Awe is an immersive women’s adventure retreat set in the wild, expansive landscapes of Stanley, Idaho. This experience is about moving your body with intention, spending time in big nature, and reconnecting with a sense of capability and perspective that’s easy to lose in daily life.

Expect a 15 mile guided hike, intentional movement, time on the river, fly fishing, and moments of quiet awe all balanced with recovery, nourishment, and meaningful connection. Some moments will feel challenging, others deeply grounding, and all of it is designed to help you remember what you’re capable of.
